Holika Holika Water March Moisture Full Cream Review

I've been trying out the Holika Holika Water March Moisture Full Cream every evening for the past couple of months now... and I'd have to say, I quite enjoy it... I would even go as far to say that it is comparable with some of my other favorite creams.  First off, can we just say how girly and pretty is the box! Made me feel excited to try the product out :)

Packaging: It's a really nice thick, hearty glass case with a double plastic casing. It's very heavy duty, which makes the whole look of the product extremely luxurious. I am such a sucker for good packaging like this.

I'm not a huge fan of jars such as this because I find them to be quite unhygienic, but Holika Holika thought of that, and it comes with a small little spatula, spoon thing where you can scoop your product out... unfortunately when I moved, I lost it. Lol. fail :(

Texture: This product is flippin' amazing. It's similar to some amore pacific products that i've used. It's a gel-like texture but feels like a cream. It reminds me of an enhanced version of one of my all time favorite moisturizers - clinique's moisture surge. It feels like that product, but has a thicker long lasting consistency.

Scent: For me, it has quite a strong scent. It has a slightly sweet and floral scent, that isn't necessarily bad, but smells a bit more like hairspray (in a good way). The scent kind of lasts on my skin, which I don't particularly enjoy, but that's because I'm used to natural or scentless products.

How I apply the product: I take a small spoonful of the cream onto the spatula and dab it all over my face. I then use a tapping motion and lightly tap my skin until the product fully sinks into my skin. In a couple of minutes, my skin is so smooth and soft!

Who would this product be good for? I found that this product gave great deep moisture for my skin, yet left my skin incredibly soft but not oily, making me think that this would be an awesome product for dry, medium and oily skin. I have combo skin, so it was wonderful for all parts of my face.

Overall: I really enjoyed this product a lot. It is a lovely texture and provides a lot of wonderful moisture for my skin. I do wish the scent wasn't strong -  making it feel too overpowering for me. For the $24 price tag, it's definitely worth a try!!
